Aspiring Minds: Tell us something about yourself and your career goals.

Venkata:I am pretty simple person like to keep things simple and I just want to achieve high positions in a well reputed company.

Aspiring Minds: What difficulties did you face while searching for a job and how did you overcome those difficulties?

Venkata:It's quite difficult to get a job these days as the competition is high, I also faced tough situations while searching for a job but all the hard work I have done finally paid me off.

Aspiring Minds: Tell us about your experience post giving the AMCAT test and how AMCAT helped you in getting the job at Mindtree?

Venkata:I was pretty sure that I will get a good score in the test. AMCAT provided me a platform to get the job at Mindtree.

Aspiring Minds: Would you suggest other job seekers to take AMCAT? If yes, why

Venkata:Yes, I would recommend job seekers to take AMCAT test because there are many students who are having talent but couldn’t get any opportunity because of less percentage. So for those students AMCAT provides a good opportunity to show their talent.

Aspiring Minds: Would you like to share some tips which can help other job seekers in getting a good job?

Venkata:Hard work will pay off certainly one or the other way. If you deserve something then you will get it. So work hard in each and every aspect and you will definitely get something in return.
