Aspiring Minds: Tell us something about yourself and your career goals.

Hitesh: Hi, I’m an Information Technology student at NIEC, Delhi and particularly interested in learning new data structures and algorithms. I see myself as an established software developer in near future, say 5 years.

Aspiring Minds: What difficulties did you face while searching for a job and how did you overcame those difficulties?

Hitesh: As I didn’t wanted to get placed in a mass recruiter, so it was a cumbersome task for me to search for a good job. I did appear in some recruitment drives but all were unsatisfactory. Few months back, our college arranged the AMCAT test which provided me an opportunity with the Josh Technology Group.

Aspiring Minds: Tell us about your experience post giving the AMCAT test and how AMCAT helped you in getting the job at Josh Technology Group?

Hitesh: AMCAT experience was pretty satisfactory for me as I received a number of opportunities through it, including Josh Technology Group. I sincerely thank AMCAT for this.
