Aspiring Minds: Tell us something about yourself and your career goals.

Himanshi: I am B.E computer science 2014 passed out student and I am from Raipur, Chhattisgarh. My career goal is to well-establish myself with lake of knowledge and experience and see myself as an inspiration for today's youth.

Aspiring Minds: What difficulties did you face while searching for a job and how did you overcame those difficulties?

Himanshi: I switched from Raipur to Bangalore in the month of December to search for a job but it was really competitive getting into IT field. I was completely fed up of going to walk-ins daily. After 2 months, I took AMCAT test, which smoothened my thorny way to get through IT jobs.

Aspiring Minds: Tell us about your experience post giving the AMCAT test and how AMCAT helped you in getting the job at Sonata Software?

Himanshi: AMCAT is one of the easiest pre-placement selection tests which require basics of aptitude, reasoning and fair programming knowledge with time management. Once you will score well in this test, all you need to do is to apply for eligible companies through your AMCAT portal. You will receive call letter most probably within a month.

Aspiring Minds: Would you suggest other job seekers to take AMCAT? If yes, why

Himanshi: Of course, I would like to suggest every job-seeker to take AMCAT as the test is easy to crack and you will get calls from large number of companies if your score is good in every section.

Aspiring Minds: Would you like to share some tips which can help other job seekers in getting a good job?

Himanshi: Just have a good grip on programming skills and aptitude, and try to apply on as much company as you can, where ever your score matches the company requirement.
