Aspiring Minds: Tell us something about yourself and your career goals.

Pranay: I am Pranay Deep, from Patna, Bihar. At present I am in my 7th semester of engineering from IMS Engineering College Ghaziabad and I aspire to become a talented and successful Software Engineer.

Aspiring Minds: What difficulties did you face while searching for a job and how did you overcame those difficulties?

Pranay: I'm a fresher and was seeking for a platform to launch my career. The problem that I faced was to match the requirements of the cluster of job offering different companies. And this was made possible only by taking AMCAT, which became the eligibility criteria for many top IT companies. Since I scored good percentile in AMCAT, I got called for the Interview rounds directly. I scored 95 percentile in the computer programming section, which became a nice factor to highlight my programming ability.

Aspiring Minds: Tell us about your experience post giving the AMCAT test and how AMCAT helped you in getting the job at MphasiS?

Pranay: Once I took AMCAT and scored required good percentiles, many job opportunities from different companies started flooding my AMCAT dashboard. It gave me information regarding all the available vacancies. AMCAT made my path easy for getting into Mphasis and managed all the recruitment process.

Aspiring Minds: Would you suggest other job seekers to take AMCAT? If yes, why

Pranay: Yes, everyone should at least for once write AMCAT. It will provide job opportunities to you for sure. Today, most of the top companies ask for good aptitude and AMCAT score card is better way to show your ability.

Aspiring Minds: Would you like to share some tips which can help other job seekers in getting a good job?

Pranay: Take AMCAT, get good percentile and nail the interviews.
