Aspiring Minds: Tell us something about yourself and your career goals.

Abhinasha:My name is Abhinasha Pattanaik.I have completed my graduation in botany from V.D Autonomous College; I have done Diploma in banking from Bangalore.My short term goal is to get a job in reputed company. My long term goal is to get higher positionin the same company.
 

Aspiring Minds:What difficulties did you face while searching for a job and how did you overcame those difficulties?

Abhinasha:I faced many tough situations in my life but those situations taught how to deal with the stress and I never got demoralized.The toughest challenge I faced was that I had to repeat a class because of my very low grades.

Aspiring Minds: Tell us about your experience post giving the AMCAT test and how AMCAT helped you in getting the job at Axis Bank?

Abhinasha:Now, I am working with Axis bank as an Assistant Manager in Kolkata. I am very happy and all of this is only because of AMCAT. Thank you Team AMCAT.

Aspiring Minds: Would you like to share some tips which can help other job seekers in getting a good job?

Abhinasha:Be proud of what you have accomplished and be more enthusiastic about what you are yet to accomplish.
