Aspiring Minds: Tell us something about yourself and your career goals.

Pritiranjan:  My name is Pritiranjan Swain and I am from Cuttack. I am a final year student of 2015 batch - Information Technology branch. My hobbies are blogging and web designing. My career goal is to be a ‘Technopreneur’.

Aspiring Minds: What difficulties did you face while searching for a job and how did you overcame those difficulties?

Pritiranjan: Actually, I am a fresher and I was kind of worried when it came to jobs. But, after I appeared in AMCAT and scored good marks, all these worries just vanished.

Aspiring Minds: Tell us about your experience post giving the AMCAT test and how AMCAT helped you in getting the job at Mphasis?

Pritiranjan:  It was all good and anybody with a motive can crack it because I am also an average kind of student. AMCAT provided me chance to appear for Mphasis drive and finally gave me a chance to prove myself. I must say the selection procedure at Mphasis was very fair, the most neat and clean process I have experienced till now. It was just an indelible memory.

Aspiring Minds: Would you suggest other job seekers to take AMCAT? If yes, why

Pritiranjan: Yes, because with AMCAT you just have to take the test and according to your score you will get job interview calls. Nothing else is required to be done. It is as simple as that. Hence, it is the best platform for a fresher like me to find a job that actually suits you.

Aspiring Minds: Would you like to share some tips which can help other job seekers in getting a good job?

Pritiranjan: My first advice to all is never ever get stressed or worried about job. Just be yourself and keep trying. If you failed at first one, then you may succeed at second one or third one or so on. But never quit easily. After all AMCAT will be also there to push you forward towards your dream job.
