Aspiring Minds: Tell us something about yourself and your career goals.

Debanjan: Hi, my name is Debanjan. I am a final year Computer Science Engineering student from Academy of Technology, Kolkata. As an engineering student, my career goal is to see myself as an established Software Engineer working for a major IT company through which I can gain industrial experience for professional as well as personal advancement. 

Aspiring Minds: What difficulties did you face while searching for a job and how did you overcame those difficulties?

Debanjan: Fortunately, AMCAT did not let me struggle much in my job search period. I gave the AMCAT test early from my college and soon got placed in the prestigious firm 'Mphasis'.

Aspiring Minds: Tell us about your experience post giving the AMCAT test and how AMCAT helped you in getting the job at MphasiS?

Debanjan: The experience post AMCAT was a pleasant one. As I already said, the opportunity to attend the Mphasis interview came very quickly after the AMCAT test and I was among the lucky ones to get placed in the very first interview I attended through AMCAT. 

Aspiring Minds: Would you suggest other job seekers to take AMCAT? If yes, why

Debanjan: Definitely yes, as I know how stressful it is for a fresher without a campus job. AMCAT is definitely a great platform for everyone as it gives you multiple interview calls if you score well in your test.

Q. 5) Would you like to share some tips which can help other job seekers in getting a good job?

Debanjan: Stay calm and give your best. Prepare well for your interviews after securing good AMCAT scores. It worked for me, hope it works for you too.
