Aspiring Minds: Tell us something about yourself and your career goals.

Sushant: My name is Sushant Kumar and I am studying in Feroze Gandhi Institute of Engineering and Technology. I want to work with an MNC as a software engineer.

Aspiring Minds: What difficulties did you face while searching for a job and how did you overcome those difficulties?

Sushant: I had to visit different locations for off campus drives. It was through AMCAT that I got a wonderful opportunity to participate in the NIIT drive near my city. I cleared all the rounds and got selected in NIIT.

Aspiring Minds: Tell us about your experience post giving the AMCAT test and how AMCAT helped you in getting the job at NIIT Technologies Limited (CAMPUS)?

Sushant: AMCAT basically checks the basic requirements of aptitude and problem solving abilities. I am highly indebted to AMCAT as it offered me an opportunity near my city. I took AMCAT very seriously and gave my best shot in all the opportunities that came my way.

Aspiring Minds: Would you suggest other job seekers to take AMCAT? If yes, why

Sushant: Yes, AMCAT is really good for freshers. They get a platform which provides them complete information about companies. Also, based on their performance they get interview calls from various good companies which is otherwise quite difficult.

Aspiring Minds: Would you like to share some tips which can help other job seekers in getting a good job?

Sushant: Work hard for what you dream. Your dream is your life, job is just a small part of it. With passion, conviction and perseverance you will get what you want.
