Aspiring Minds: Tell us something about yourself and your career goals.

Ambarish: My name is Ambarish Shukla. I am from Allahabad. I have completed my schooling from Bishop Johnson School, Allahabad. My short term career goal is to gain knowledge and achieve expertise in my domain and long term goal is to go for Entrepreneurship. 

Aspiring Minds: What difficulties did you face while searching for a job and how did you overcame those difficulties?

Ambarish: This is a well known fact that there is wide gap between the company seeking talent and the job seekers. Due to the missing channel link, either a graduate go for the consultancy or join BPO/KPO despite having engineering degree. Only few gets chance to go through Campus placements or pool campus drive recruitments. I took the AMCAT test to get better job calls and joined BPO prior to that to get my communication on track.

Aspiring Minds: Tell us about your experience post giving the AMCAT test and how AMCAT helped you in getting the job at HCL Comnet?

Ambarish: However, AMCAT test was great help to overcome job search challenges. The direct interaction and opportunities provided by AMCAT to the candidates is splendid and path breaking.

Aspiring Minds: Would you suggest other job seekers to take AMCAT? If yes, why?

Ambarish: Yes, it is highly recommended to take AMCAT for seeking good opportunities in Top 10 IT Firms and Sales Companies. It is a very transparent process and is well recognized.

Aspiring Minds: Would you like to share some tips which can help other job seekers in getting a good job?

Ambarish: You should have good communication skills.Never give up and keep patience, everything is achievable. Never let yourself down, engage yourselves in games, meditation. Best of luck!
