Aspiring Minds: Tell us something about yourself and your career goals.

Akash: I am very much ambitious, goal oriented and determined person. I see things in a different way, always plan and make strategies before doing something because I believe that time management is the biggest issue we are facing nowadays. So, I always plan and choose the best strategy to succeed.

Aspiring Minds: What difficulties did you face while searching for a job and how did you overcame those difficulties?

Akash: When I was in last year, I saw my friends getting placed in different companies but I didn't get any opportunity due to eligibility criteria. After taking the AMCAT test, I got job opportunities from almost 15 companies and multiple options of getting placed.

Aspiring Minds: Tell us about your experience post giving the AMCAT test and how AMCAT helped you in getting the job at Spoonjoy.com?

Akash: I think it was a great experience and I suggest everyone to take the AMCAT test so that people get equal and fair opportunity. It doesn't matter how you were in past and how many mistakes you have made before. AMCAT gives everyone a chance to make a difference and stand on their own feet.

Aspiring Minds: Would you like to share some tips which can help other job seekers in getting a good job?

Akash: I believe that failure is the first step to success. So always try and learn from your mistakes, never repeat the same mistake again and never give up. Be proactive because there will be a lot opportunities coming your way.
