Aspiring Minds: Tell us something about yourself and your career goals.

Pratyush: I consider myself a systematic person who is willing to take up challenging tasks. I enjoy my job where I need to keep an eye on the deadlines for each and every task.

Aspiring Minds: What difficulties did you face while searching for a job and how did you overcome those difficulties?

Pratyush: Being from electronics background, I had little idea and exposure to the IT sector. Then, I came to know about the AMCAT Test which gave me a channel and opportunity to apply to a number of companies.

Aspiring Minds: Tell us about your experience post giving the AMCAT test and how AMCAT helped you in getting the job at Mindtree?

Pratyush: After taking AMCAT, I got the report within the promised deadline and fortunately, I had good percentiles in all the modules. Within a week or two, I got interview calls and letters from Mindtree and other firms and the rest is history. I joined Mindtree and these 9 months have been an amazing journey.

Aspiring Minds: Would you suggest other job seekers to take AMCAT? If yes, why

Pratyush: Definitely. Today, there are a number of ways to land a job in a good company. Why to miss out on even one such opportunity then? AMCAT is very very helpful as you keep on receiving interview calls and you will never fall short of opportunities.

Aspiring Minds: Would you like to share some tips which can help other job seekers in getting a good job?

Pratyush: Always maintain a channelized attitude towards work and never give up. Today there are more job vacancies than job seekers. So never lose hope and take a chance for each and every opportunity that knocks your door.
