Bharti: My Name is Bharti Kapoor and I have done B.Tech from BSAITM, Faridabad. I always wanted to work with an IT company and today I have got this great opportunity to work with Mphasis as a software engineer.

Aspiring Minds: What difficulties did you face while searching for a job and how did you overcame those difficulties?

Bharti:Getting a good job in a reputed company such as MphasiS is a dream of every student. I came to know about AMCAT from my seniors and I took AMCAT in the final year. After taking AMCAT, everything was smooth and I got the job without any difficulty.

Aspiring Minds: Tell us about your experience post giving the AMCAT test and how AMCAT helped you in getting the job at MphasiS?

Bharti:After taking AMCAT, I got detailed performance report and also got a call for an interview with MphasiS, which was my first interview. So I went for it and luckily got selected.

Aspiring Minds: Would you suggest other job seekers to take AMCAT? If yes, why

Bharti:Yes, definitely AMCAT is a great platform for job seekers like us and without much difficulty one could easily get a good job.

Aspiring Minds: Would you like to share some tips which can help other job seekers in getting a good job?

Bharti:Well, I would like to say that everyone should always believe in their potential, no matter what the conditions are and try to grab every opportunity.
