Aspiring Minds: Tell us something about yourself and your career goals.

Pallavi: I am Pallavi. I just love computer science engineering and like playing with the subject but my grades were not great. I always wanted to get into a software company as an IT professional.

Aspiring Minds: What difficulties did you face while searching for a job and how did you overcame those difficulties?

Pallavi: Because of my low grades (60%), I had difficulties in finding job and it was always difficult to write aptitude test for each company and clearing it every time.

Aspiring Minds: Tell us about your experience post giving the AMCAT test and how AMCAT helped you in getting the job at MphasiS?

Pallavi: I came across AMCAT and took the test. Within a month of taking the AMCAT, I was shortlisted directly for the technical round of interview with Mphasis.

Aspiring Minds: Would you suggest other job seekers to take AMCAT? If yes, why

Pallavi: I recommend everyone to take this test because you just need to take it once to get direct entry into the second round for multiple companies. You just have to prepare for your core interview round instead of taking the written test every time for a different company.

Aspiring Minds: Would you like to share some tips which can help other job seekers in getting a good job?

Pallavi: Just taking AMCAT exam won’t get you a job, it’s very important that you are strong at your basics. I wish you all the best for your future. Thanks to AMCAT for giving me this opportunity.
