Q. 1) Tell us something about yourself and your career goals.

Sudhir: My name is N. Sudhir Reddy and I have completed my B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from CMRIT, Hyderabad. My interests are programming and playing chess. My career goal is a challenging career which demands the best of my professional ability in terms of, technical and analytical skills, and helps me in broadening and enhancing my current skills and knowledge along with the organization.

Q. 2) What difficulties did you face while searching for a job and how did you overcame those difficulties?

Sudhir: During this recession time, there were no job opportunities coming through our placement cell. So I decided to shift to various job portals but nothing happened through them as well. Then I came to know about AMCAT from my training and placement officer, I took the test and got selected in Soham Online.

Q. 3) Tell us about your experience post giving the AMCAT test and how AMCAT helped you in getting the job at Soham Online-Manage My Spa

Answer: I was quite comfortable while taking AMCAT as I had prepared for Programming and Aptitude. AMCAT acts like an interface between the students and the companies and help them to connect with each other. Post giving AMCAT, I was shortlisted for various companies and I applied for the companies of my interest. I appeared for many interviews as well until I was selected by Soham Online.

Q. 4) Would you suggest other job seekers to take AMCAT? If yes, why

Sudhir:  It is very tough to get-in through Job fairs and Walk-in drives because of huge crowd. I would definitely suggest job seekers to take AMCAT because you will automatically keep on receiving job opportunities and students can utilize their time for interview preparations.

Q. 5) Would you like to share some tips which can help other job seekers in getting a good job?

Sudhir: I would suggest people to study hard and smart if you wish to take AMCAT exam. Also practice sample question papers for AMCAT which are easily available online. If you get a good score then you will definitely land up with a decent job opportunity.  Not only technical knowledge but overall personality development is also very important.
