Aspiring Minds: Tell us something about yourself and your career goals?

Arbab: My name is Arbab Arshad. I was a mediocre student but I spent most of my time in watching inspirational videos, learning about trends in technology, reading newspapers and reviewing gadgets. I want to become a successful Entrepreneur and I have a plan for it.

Aspiring Minds: What difficulties did you face while searching for a job and how did you overcame those difficulties?

Arbab: I was rejected in last rounds of the two much hyped companies in my college but I didn't let my spirit down, I tried again and successfully did it.

Aspiring Minds: Tell us about your experience post giving the AMCAT test and how AMCAT helped you in getting the job at HCL Technologies?

Arbab: AMCAT is the best thing happened during my pre final year regarding placement. I was not pretty sure how AMCAT will help me as I was in the first batch of my college taking AMCAT but by the end of final year it proved to be the saviour for many students as we got our dream job with the help of AMCAT.

Aspiring Minds: Would you suggest other job seekers to take AMCAT? If yes, why

Arbab: I always suggest AMCAT to my friends and juniors as AMCAT team works really hard to find you suitable job. I still receive mails almost every week for interview that’s wonderful.

Aspiring Minds: Would you like to share some tips which can help other job seekers in getting a good job?

Arbab: Don't lose hope; keep your foot on the ground. Try harder every time because a flying swan has fallen hundred times before kissing the sky.
