Aspiring Minds: Tell us something about yourself and your career goals.

Dhiviyalakshmi: My name is Dhiviyalakshmi Achuthan. I have done B.E. in computer science from M.A.M. College of Engineering and Technology. I always want to work in an IT company to enhance my skills and showcase my innovative thoughts. 

Aspiring Minds: What difficulties did you face while searching for a job and how did you overcame those difficulties?

Dhiviyalakshmi: AMCAT didn't let me face that difficult situation in searching a job. I got placed when I was in final year and I'm really happy and proud. Also I owe it all to AMCAT for making it happen.

Aspiring Minds: Tell us about your experience post giving the AMCAT test and how AMCAT helped you in getting the job at Mindtree?

Dhiviyalakshmi: The AMCAT report was useful to me as a job seeker. It helped me to know my strengths and weaknesses. Then after few months I got an interview call from Mindtree. It was the first interview in my lifetime. As I had good score in AMCAT, so there was just technical and HR interview. My AMCAT score card had played a major role in getting me this job.

Aspiring Minds: Would you suggest other job seekers to take AMCAT? If yes, why

Dhiviyalakshmi: Yes, I would suggest everyone to take AMCAT. It helps you to join your dream company. Most of the companies have started recruiting through AMCAT. If your score is good then for sure your inbox is going to be flooded with interview calls. Also, the AMCAT report helps you to know your strengths and weaknesses, so that you can concentrate on and improve yourself. 

Aspiring Minds: Would you like to share some tips which can help other job seekers in getting a good job?

Dhiviyalakshmi: Whatever you do, do with all your heart. Take up challenges and enhance your skills. Take AMCAT as soon as possible and make your dream come true. All the best!
