I would like to say that Aspiring Minds met our expectations in terms of getting a good enough number of candidates in a short span of 4-5 days, which helped us conduct a concentrated recruitment drive over one full day. Overall the service from Aspiring Minds has been satisfactory and so has been the quality of the candidates hired through them. One area of improvement could be to increase the ratio of candidates who turn out for the scheduled interviews, though I understand a bit of the issue could be to do with the fresh graduates.
