Salary Offered: Upto 2.28LPA + Incentives (average 6k per month)

Note: The salary band depends on the last drawn salary of the individual

Qualification: BE / B.Tech / MBA

Experience: 0.6-3 Years

Job Location: Mumbai

Probation: 6 Months

Job Profile1 Executive-Client Servicing:
Key Responsibility Areas:

  • The Candidate will be responsible to generate revenue through servicing existing customers.
  • The candidate will have to meeting 3 to 4 clients every day.
  • The Candidate will be responsible for per client revenue optimization and client retention or no loss of accounts.
  • The Candidate will be responsible to ensure strict adherence of sales process and internal procedures.
  • The Candidate will keep a close track on work in process, customer complaints and accounts receivables
  • The Candidate will be responsible forAccount Management and ensure timely delivery of services to clients.

Job Profile2 Executive-New Client Acquisition:
Key Responsibility Areas:

  • The Candidate will be required to sell the services provided by the company to the prospective clients and thereby acquire new clients.
  • The Candidate will be required to call & set-up appointments on daily basis, and meet pre-defined set of prospective clients on daily basis
  • The Candidate will be required to achieve sales targets weekly
  • The Candidate will be required to ensure strict adherence of sales process and internal procedures
  • The Candidate will be required to deal with Signing Authority/CEO of SME and Corporate Clients

Candidate profile:

  • The candidate must have excellent verbal/ written communication and presentation skills
  • The candidate must have excellent sales skills, should be able to build credible relationships with influencing ability
  • The candidate must be target driven
  • The candidate must have deep desire to work and succeed in a growing organization with total commitment and sense of job ownership

Interview Location: Mumbai

Tentative Date of Interviews: 4th week of October (Subject to change)

Interview Process: Face to face round followed by Online test, HR and Business Round.
