Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks Cloud Support Associates, who can join the support team and help offer services and features to third-party and external clients.
These candidates should ideally come with knowledge in JAVA, Data Structures, OOPS, OS Linux (Sys Admin), distributing computing concepts. Networking concepts (TCP/IP, OSI Model, DNS/DHCP etc) and good communication skills are required too.
They need to apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to help with solutions for the customers, based on customer support experience. Working with web service architects, on short-term projects is part of a day’s work. You could also be accepted to work on tutorials, how-to videos or even technical articles aimed at the customers.
