Hiring Drive: These Companies Hired AMCAT candidates in December

The cold has not dampened hiring sentiment in any way – at least, according to the hiring drive numbers for last month. Even as companies continue to hold hiring drives this month, we tallied 93 confirmed job offers to AMCAT test takers for December.

Based on data from concluded hiring drives from startups and mid-size businesses, we saw companies like BYJUs, Aglasem Edutech and Quikr fill up positions from the pool of AMCAT assessed candidates. In fact, BYJUs – Think & Learn Pvt Ltd was the biggest employer for the month, releasing job offers to candidates, followed by Aglasem Edutech and Work Advantage Pvt Ltd.

Who were they looking for? These hiring drives were held for business development executives and associates, research associates, Direct Sales Executives, Lead Gen executives, Software Developers, Operations executives (in Admin, HR, Marketing) – to name a few.

Where – Hirings by Locations:

50% of the hirings for the month of December came from NCR (Gurgaon, Noida and Delhi), followed distantly by offers from Bangalore, Hyderabad and Chennai.

The way ahead:

A few of the employers who made job offers to AMCAT assessed candidates are still hiring (see links above). There are also new hiring drives in place for employers like Accenture, CII and Josh Technology Group.
