Aspiring Minds: Tell us something about yourself and your career goals.
Tarique: My name is Tarique. I am a hardworking, diligent individual who relishes working in a creative and productive field. Despite belonging to the discipline of engineering, I do enjoy indulging in other fields like literary, sports, etc.
My goal is not only to be a technical professional with a well-off financial situation, but I want to contribute to the company or the field I am a part of.
Aspiring Minds: What difficulties did you face while searching for a job and how did you overcame those difficulties?
Tarique: I was facing some eligibility issues with the companies I had tried to apply for, be it in terms of the technical aspect or management one.
Aspiring Minds: Tell us about your experience post giving the AMCAT test and how AMCAT helped you in getting the job at Mindtree?
Tarique: AMCAT was a blessing in disguise as the examination was organized in the college and it became relatively easy to appear for it. Consequently, the call from Mindtree would not have been possible without AMCAT and it played a vital role in giving me the opportunity to apply for this job.
Aspiring Minds: Would you suggest other job seekers to take AMCAT? If yes, why
Tarique: I would strongly recommend to every jobseeker to take the AMCAT examination. AMCAT helps you to get the job you deserve. AMCAT eliminates a lot of mediating rounds involved in the selection process and if you are honest and dedicated then this will help you to get a job with ease.
Aspiring Minds: Would you like to share some tips which can help other job seekers in getting a good job?
Tarique: The only tip I can share is that we often get rejected because we do not believe in ourselves. Hard work is a necessity and that can’t be compromised but belief is that extra thing that will propel to success.
