Job Description and Skill Set Required:
-Providing Global Technical Support across 17 countries, so the candidate must be fluent with English language (written & spoken). Mandatory.
-Handling clients technical queries for our product (www.benchmarkemail.com) via Live Chat, Email and Phone Calls. Interacting with our development teams for a timely resolution of client issues.
-Strong knowledge of different Operating Systems, Browsers, Email Clients, and HTML.
-Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
-A logical mind to analyze and solve technical problems.
-Capable of working well under pressure.
-Enthusiasm to be continually learning.
-Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
