As part of the brand’s #sharetheload initiative, this ad questions the perception of household responsibilities being a women’s responsibility only. The latest ad in this campaign has gone viral too and even earned praise from Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg. Havells takes on the issue of respect for women in a humorous manner. The idea is to drive a change in mindset in how women are perceived even in simple day-to-day situations. The fun element in this campaign has surely hit the right chord with the audience 🙂

Celebrating the modern women who is confident, independent and passionate can be best seen in this advertisement on arranged marriages. The husband is seen supporting the wife’s decision to work as it makes her happy. Taking a dig at the popular conception of women not stepping out, this one is a sure thumbs-up.
