In our previous posts we told you about the famous websites to learn coding but today we tell you the websites that are not that much popular but are quite helpful when it comes to polishing your coding knowledge.

CodeSchool
Code School is an online learning destination for existing and aspiring developers that teaches through entertaining content. Each course is built around a creative theme and storyline so that it feels like you’re playing a game, not sitting in a classroom. Code School courses are organized into Paths based on technology. It has impacted over a million students from 237 countries. It teaches web technologies in the comfort of your browser with video lessons, coding challenges, and screencasts. Their mission statement is to help you learn by doing.
Platzi
This website has a collection of courses on programming, design and business. You can attend live as well as recorded classes wherein you can interact with your teachers in real-time. Share notes with other students and also watch the classes again as many times as you wish.
Hack.pledge()
This is a community of developers, which include some high-profile developers such as Bram Cohen, the inventor of BitTorrent. There, you can perfect your programming skills by learning from some of the leading developers in the world.
Treehouse
Change your Career. Change your Life. Make 2016 the Year you Learn to Code. That’s the slogan that they go with this year. Learn from over 1000 videos created by expert teachers on web design and coding here. You can also practice what you’ve learned through quizzes and interactive Code Challenges. Biggest benefit of this website is – You can start earning here while learning. You’ll earn badges as you journey through our extensive library of courses. These badges are an indicator of what skills you currently possess and are viewable by anyone (even recruiters from big companies!)
Khan Academy
It is one of the original free online-learning institutions. With step-by-step video tutorials, you can learn how to program drawings, animations and games using JavaScript and ProcessingJS, or learn how to create webpages with HTML and CSS.
Thinkful
Students succeed at a higher rate when paired 1-on-1 with a teacher (it’s been scientifically proven), Thinkful courses give the personal support and drive you need to succeed. Their ideology is that Engineers are paid to solve problems, not write code. Thinkful teaches people to solve real problems through hands-on projects.
