I was rejected in the campus placements, but got placed in Mindtree through AMCAT!

I had a very good experience with AMCAT. I was rejected in most of the companies which visited my campus, but got placed  through AMCAT. It offers students a good platform and gives them a chance to be interviewed by good companies. I would recommend the job seekers to take the AMCAT test.

Aspiring Minds: Tell us something about yourself and your career goals.

Satish: My name is Naga Satish Reddy Dwarampudi. I am a final year student pursuing B.Tech. I want to get placed in a good company, work hard and be at a good position in that company. I want to set up something to introduce the IT industry to the engineering students at college level.

Aspiring Minds: What difficulties did you face while searching for a job and how did you overcame those difficulties?

Satish: I am technically good but unfortunately I was rejected by many companies. If you are technically good then companies will find you. Apart from that I worked hard on my communication skills which is prerequisite for all the companies.

Aspiring Minds: Tell us about your experience post giving the AMCAT test and how AMCAT helped you in getting the job at Mindtree?

Satish: For job seekers, it is better to take AMCAT test, and if you score well then you will be placed in good companies.

Aspiring Minds: Would you like to share some tips which can help other job seekers in getting a good job?

Satish: If you are rejected by any company then don’t get disappointed. There are many companies which require your skills. So improve your skills and always be ready to learn new things.
