Over half of the employers have profiles for which they are unable to find candidates! According to a survey conducted by a job portal, significant number of employers in the 10 of the world’s largest economies said that extended job vacancies have resulted in lower revenues and productivity and the inability to grow their businesses. This is causing a drag on employers across the globe and emerging economies like India are worse hit by this talent crunch.
