Job Description:

Training Delivery:
- Delivering classroom training (on product and selling skills) to customer consultants (Promoters) on monthly basis
- Should be responsible for training of 300-400 People (ARO + CC) in 2-3 cities
- Onboarding and training of (new hires) customer consultants and area retail officers
- Ensure necessary training decks and materials are in order prior to the training
- Provide training to out shop promoters (OSP) and special events
- Soft Skill training to other sales staff as and when required
- Self-learn and upgrade skills

Process adherence:
- Adhere to process of training infrastructure vendor management
- Adhere to internal financial processes for vendor payments validation
- Ensure adherence to training delivery calendar
