Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide the technical implementation skills necessary to successfully deliver a customized solution.
Understand the business processes, requirements of the client.
Develop custom Zoho workflows, custom functions (Deluge) & API development (Zapier & Zoho Flow).
Create custom tools and scripts to automate the manual business processes, within or outside of Zoho.
Effectively utilize Zoho modules features to automate various business processes.
Set up access and control of users.
Assist users in day to day questions or technical concerns through Support Central.
Work with Zoho support team to resolve any reported issues. Track issues and provide periodic updates
