Job description:
Knowledgeable, creative, hardworking individual to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced operations environment supporting a 24x7x365 mission critical VM, Windows & Linux environment.

Job responsibilities:
- Day-to-day operational maintenance, support, OS installations and upgrades for enterprise servers.
- Monitor and tune systems to achieve optimum performance levels.
- Experience with Enterprise Backups
- On call support might be required for troubleshooting or pre-planned maintenance on production systems.
- MCSE/MCP certification preferred
- Redhat certification added advantage
- Knowledge of VMware & HyperV technologies
- Knowledge of cPanel/Plesk preferred
