Job Description:
- This person will be responsible for implementing methods to improve ROI from various campaigns he manages for the company or its clients. This includes keyword research, competitor research, documenting changes, and optimizing the campaigns as directed.
- In addition, the PPC Analyst will develop and optimize every aspect of clients’ pay-per-click campaigns. This includes managing keyword research and bids, formulating and managing the PPC budgets of clients, analyzing results, and reporting results to the team leader of his team.

Responsibility:
- Conduct keyword research and selection for pay-per-click and media buying campaigns.
- Monitor, on an on-going basis, clients’ campaign results and manage projects to ensure continued high ROI.
- Proactively make strategic PPC campaign recommendations.
- Utilize bid management tools and data modeling to maximize the effectiveness of PPC campaigns.
- Monitor campaign results, analyze key metrics, and optimize click-through and conversion rates.
- Optimize landing pages for search engine quality score.
- Serve as liaison with paid search engine contacts.
- Creating new design for banners and pre-landers.
- Do research on which banners work and what trends are out there.
- Distributing and testing your banners in our systems.

Skill Set Required:
- Ability to work quickly and precisely in a fast-paced working environment under tight deadlines.  
- Strong knowledge of HTML.
- Strong knowledge of CSS.
- Strong knowledge of Photoshop.
- Knowledge of Illustrator is a plus, otherwise not required.
- Knowledge of other web technologies including but not limited to, Javascript, JQuery, AJAX, bootstrap, would be a huge plus, but not necessary, we’ll provide training.
- A little understanding of PHP and MySQL may make you a highly suitable candidate for the job, but not necessary, we’ll provide training.
- Ability to design responsive websites would be a huge plus, but not necessary, we’ll provide training.
- Excellent familiarity with the Internet and blogosphere.
- Ability to type 25 wpm (You will be tested).
- Proficiency in Google Docs and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexible attitude and willingness to learn new skills and fill new roles in a dynamic and quickly changing environment.
