Job Description:

- Web developer is responsible for the design, layout and coding of MGINNE websites and web applications.
- She/he will be responsible for the UI/UX and aesthetic aspects of our websites and web applications- how the site works and how it looks. She/he is also responsible for the maintenance and update of our existing websites/web applications.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRA):

- Write the programming code, either from scratch or by adapting existing website software and graphics packages to meet business requirements.
- Creative Visual design of the UI resulting in better UX and aesthetics.
- Test the website/application and identify any technical problems.
- Site maintenance including upload, SEO, Meta Tags etc.
- Encourage team interaction, boost employee motivation and appreciate team contribution

- Achievement of development timeline and cost
- Quality and efficiency of website/application design
- Quality of Documentation
- Adherence to best practices
- Professional degree/diploma in Computer Science, Programming Languages
- 1-2 years “hands-on” experience with web applications and programming languages such as HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript and JQuery etc.
- Hands on knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, illustrator.
- Strong understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions and standards.
- Living in or willing to relocate to the National Capital Region (preferred but not mandatory)
