Job Description:
-Candidate will be responsible for creating a site or pages, this includes the design,layout and coding, this can mean working on a brand new website or updating an already existing site
-Designing webpage layout
-Determining technical requirements
-Plan site design by clarifying goals; designing functionality
-Develop site navigation by categorizing content; funneling traffic through content
-Develop site content and graphics by coordinating with copywriters and graphic artists;designing images, icons, banners, audio enhancements, etc.
-Prepare site by installing and configuring server software; installing programming language using authoring and formatting tools; ensuring crossplatform compatibility; establishing links
-Upgrades site by updating content and graphics; monitoring performance and results;identifying and evaluating improvement options; introducing new technology; maintaining links
-Protects site by designing and installing security precautions.
-Maintains site appearance by developing and enforcing content and display standards; editing submissions.
-Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional
organizations
-Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
-Troubleshooting breakdowns, performing preventive maintenance
-Accomplishes information systems and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
-Creating back up files

Skill Set Required:
-The candidates must have loads of creative dynamism, should have an eye for clean and artful design
-Candidate must possess superior UI skills and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces .
-The candidates must have experience with web and mobile designing and good understanding of latest web trends in terms of UI / UX and Infogrpahic and logo designing
-In addition to above technical skills, a candidate must also have following skills:
