Job Location:  Kanpur

Bond: None. If a candidate leave without serving the notice period, he has to pay 3 months’ salary

Desired experience:  0-1 Years

Salary: Freshers - Upto Rs. 1.2LPA

Experienced - Rs. 1.5LPA to Rs. 2.4LPA

(Depending upon the candidature knowledge and performance)

Job Description-

 -Understanding the requirement and design/develop sustainable and agile application architecture.

 -Participate in integration and system testing.

 -Contribute to system architectural design and planning discussions

 -Troubleshoot, optimize and tune applications and their underlying data layers.

 -Identify issues and recommend and implement solutions.

 -Optimization of SQL queries and implements caching at various levels to improve the application performance.

 -Understand Business requirement/ operations and use if to increase the efficiency in the company.

 Skills Required- 

 -Working knowledge of designing and developing n-tier Web applications using ASP.Net and C#.

 -Good understanding of SQL Server database development (data modeling, stored procedures,functions and query optimization).

 -Knowledge of AJAX, Jquery, JavaScript, CSS , XHTML, SOAP will be plus for candidates.

 -Optimization of SQL queries and implements caching at various levels to improve the application                performance.

 -Strong Computer Science Fundamentals.

Interview Process:

  -Aptitude Technical knowledge test. The test will be of 1 hour which will contain objective questions.

  -Programming Skills: Test be held for candidates qualifying the above aptitude test.

  -Interview to be held for candidates qualifying the above Programming Skills Test.
