Job Description:
- Answer incoming calls from customers to take orders (Including Cross-selling, up-selling)
- Handle customer inquiries telephonically
- Manage and resolve customer complaints
- Process orders and ensure the delivery
- Follow up customer calls where necessary
- Describe products and services
- Maintain records of telephonic interactions & orders
Skill Set Required:
- Verbal Communication (English & Hindi), Phone Skills, Listening, Data Entry Skills, Customer Service & Multi tasking
- Person should have Convincing Skill
- Influences customers to buy product or service by following a prepared script to give product reference information.
- BPO experience, particularly in Telecom/E-Commerce/Customer Service would be given importance
