Job Location: Hyderabad

Course Specialization: Any Graduate in Any Specialization,Any Postgraduate in Any Specialization

Desired Experience: 0 - 3 years

Roles and Responsibilites:
Maintains good relationship with the customers & our vendors, determines make, type, and quality of the product desired. Suggests selections that meet customer's needs, and emphasizes selling points of the products, such as quality and utility.
Responds to the inbound calls from prospective and existing customers, quoting prices, providing information, and solving problems according to the customer's needs.
Provide cost and delivery estimates.
Receive payments from the customer. Explain Warranty & Claims on all products. Strong knowledge of inventory services, and take care of the shipping.
Maintains quality sales by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

B.A., B.Com., B.Tech/B.E., BMS
