Job Description and Skills Required:

Working with Uber is a great opportunity as you get to work with a top-notch Vehicle Solutions team and deep-dive into Uber’s day-to-day-operations. As a representative of Uber, you will be expected to deliver  5 star in-person support.

You should comfortable with travelling as you need to visit different Dealers. You quickly enable the partner to be registered onto the Q-system, explaining situations you may encounter during self-signup or partner training on the app with patience and empathy.

- Enroll the partners/drivers in our platform.

- Work with simple company applications and office softwares

- Train and educate partners on how to use Uber’s apps easily.

- Pitch about Uber & vehicle solutions

- Travel around the city on a regular basis, between the city office and dealer/event sites.

- Assist with off-site and on-site events and promotions

- Ability to quickly enter data into the systems

- Self motivated; does not need to be micro managed

- Great team player

- Demonstrated ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced organisations in a ‘customer facing’ capacity such as restaurant or retail

- Experience in Marketing Field would be an advantage.

- Experience in Automobile Industry or Dealerships would be an advantage.

- Language Requirements: Read, Write and Speak: English; Conversational: Hindi and Bengali

- MS Office (Word Processor, Spreadsheets and Presentation Softwares)
