Job Description and Skill Set Required :
- Full knowledge of Design principles and formats
- Strong visual design skills, as well as the ability to create and implement your ideas
- Strong team player who can work independently
- Excellent understanding of UI principles and user-centred design principles for mobile and web
- Proven understanding of interaction design principles and user-centred design principles
- Excellent sense of layout, typography, iconography, color and graphic design principles

Good To Have:
- Good working knowledge of the responsive design process including: style guides, wireframing & user experiences
- Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite products such as Photoshop and Illustrator
- Sense of a good UI/UX
- Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle
- Translate complex ideas into elegant, intuitive designs

Bonus Points:
- Familiarity with *nix systems like Linux or Macintosh
- Fine Art Degree from a reputed university
- Designed a website or a mobile app
