Job Description :
Responsibilities:
- Putting yourself in the context and come up with strategic UX plan.
- Organizing research with various stakeholders.
- Assimilating the inputs from the research and organize coherent user flows.
- Exploring and evaluating via sitemaps, wireframes, mock-ups etc. the user experience, ensuring it is simple and elegant.
- Providing direction to visual designers and development team.
- Ensuring at all stages that the clients, designers, dev team and other stakeholders are onboard with the design decisions involved.
- Creating and Maintaining visual design style guide and UI pattern library.
- Maintaining documentation throughout the process and create Case-studies for future references.

Skill Set Required:
- Expert level: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, any other Visual design tools
- Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills
- Be able to Articulate design decisions clearly
- Be able to Collaborate between Clients, Design team, Developers and Stakeholders
- Have strong, structural approach to design thinking
- Have prior digital experience- working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript
- Demonstrate strong understanding of various branches under the UX umbrella such as Research, Journey Maps, User Flows, Personas etc.
- Have had experience creating Wireframes, Prototypes, Mockups, etc.
- Have a strong understanding of Visual design process, Color theory and Typography as an integral part of UX.
- Be able to adapt and work within an Agile Environment and follow a rapidly iterative design process.
- Portfolio is a must.
