Job Description & Skill Set Required:
-Being the one-point contact for the PM/SDM for all processes related to Vendor Onboarding, Customer and Product support.
-Presenting product demo, troubleshoot technical issues through direct communication in chat, telephone calls, emails and from time to time.
-Will be first point of escalation support post the vendor is onboarded.
-Raising and approving invoices for clients and be the point of contact with accounting team
-Work with global teams in various data-analysis projects from time to time
-Ensuring high customer satisfaction by working closely with the Delivery & Tech teams right from onboarding to go live implementation process.
-Manage post go live process and customer escalations.
