Job Description :  
- Handling customer queries regarding phones and broadband related services.
- Responsible to provide timely and effective resolutions to US customers through chats & emails.
- Manage customer's account including credit adjustment, phone activation,billing and trouble shooting using device user\'s guide.
- Fully responsible to delight prospective customer with satisfactory service levels.
- Meeting realistic customer expectations in terms of efficiency & accuracy.
- Focus to achieve 100% customer satisfaction.
