Job Description:

-Working on recruitment process

-Sourcing candidates through various sources like Job portals, social networks  and head hunting

-Posting and advertising the jobs on various sites

-Preliminary screening/ conduct first level telephonic interview /short-listing the right profile against the given requirement

-Schedule interviews with different levels and follow up for the feed backs

-Follow up with shortlisted candidate till they on-board
