Salary: INR 1 to 4 LPA

-Thorough understanding client hiring needs / requirements.
-Identify and recruit software professionals through various online resources, networking, references, social media and head hunting.
-Ability to manage the entire recruitment process, from resume search, short listing, arranging telephonic interviews and personal interviews
-Work closely with Account Executive’s, shift manager.
-Hands on experience in negotiating with Vendors
-Screen resumes thoroughly and short list candidates through a series of technical and HR interviews
-Maintain quality database of active and passive job seekers.
-Knowledge on W2/1099/Corp to Corp.
Skill Set Required:
-For Fresher – The candidate has to be creative, willingness to take up the challenging roles, high in energy, passionate, and good personality.
-Communication should be excellent both written and verbal.
-Should have good understanding working with different Vendor management systems and ATS.
-Fair Understanding of Various domains and technologies.
-Need to have experience supporting VMS/MSP accounts.
-Should possess excellent communication, presentation, inter-personal and negotiation skills
Timings: 6.30 pm to 3.30 am or 9.30 pm to 6.30 am
* Comfortable working in US/Canada Shift (Night shifts). Cabs provided within routing distance.
* Dinner and snacks available.
* Incentives are offered as per company policy.
