Candidate will be hired for its subsidiary company "Collar Search".
Collar Search is a subsidiary of Saffron Tech Pvt Ltd, established in March 2008, the company is growing at a stunning pace having multiple offices in Delhi/NCR. They are a strong 200 member family at the moment working from state of the art office premises close to Saket, South Delhi.

Identify candidates with the right skills to match the US clients' requirements.
Should ensure to revert / submit profiles with quick turnaround time for timely submission to meet sharp deadlines of submission for each requisition.
Make use of effective resourcing strategies, such as head hunting, Internet sourcing, networking, employee referrals.
Knowledge of full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates).
Ability to work as a good team player, interviewing, hiring candidates, maintaining & building the candidate database.
Willing to work in \"US Recruitment\" in either IT/Non IT or Engineering field.
Sound knowledge of IT and Technical concepts (a qualified recruiter should have this skill to understand the requirements on any technology).
Candidates should have excellent verbal / written communication & interpersonal skills.
Should have ability to understand recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals and Internet Based recruiting Tools.
Ability to quickly learn systems, processes and procedures.
Ability of good rate/salary negotiation & closing skills.
Interview Process: Telephonic, HR, Manager and Operation Round.
