Maintaining Database on Daily basis.
Coordinating with the US team on Day to Day basis.

Thoroughly understand each and every aspect of the job requirement.
Ability to research the technical requirements in order to mentor/train and guide the recruitment team to make effective sourcing.
Assign /Guide/mentor and train the recruiter on all aspects of the requirement and set clear expectations of the quality and time for sourcing resource(s).
Supervise recruiters to ensure efficiency of resource search and submission.
Ensure resume and candidate integrity and interest for the requirement and train/mentor recruiters in the same.
Conduct the 2nd and final level in-depth screening process of resumes submitted by recruiters. Negotiate pay rate with candidates.
Should be involved in pro-active recruitment for potential requirements and mentor/train recruiters in the same.
Candidate should be flexible and willing to work in all the US time zones.
Thorough understating of all technologies.
Excellent resume sourcing skills, including but not limited to job boards.
Good interviewing skills of technical candidates.
Superb communication skills, both oral and written.
Demonstrated ability to negotiate salaries and wages.
Demonstrated ability to lead a team of recruiters.
Build long-term relationships with candidates.
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
Team player with strong work ethics.
