- Thorough understanding client hiring needs / requirements.
- Ability to manage the entire recruitment process, from resume search, short listing, arranging telephonic interviews and personal interviews
- Work closely with Account Executive’s, shift manager.
- Hands on experience in negotiating with Vendors
- Screen resumes thoroughly and short list candidates through a series of technical and HR interviews
- Maintain quality database of active and passive job seekers.
- Communication should be excellent both written and verbal.
