Responsibilities :
- Work on Unity3D based game and simulation projects.
- Understand requirements through regular interaction with concerned stakeholders including counterparts  in US and other offices.
- Design and develop high performance software for gaming, simulation and visualization that delights users.
- Develop for both desktop and mobile platforms.
- Ensure thorough quality testing and documentation of the software developed before deployment into Production.
- Constantly innovate to improve the solutions offered by the team.
- Guide the junior members of the team in development and operation.

Skillset :
- Candidate must have experience in Unity3D development.
- Candidate must have Experience in at least two of these areas is required: game development, 3d graphics and visualization, simulation, e-learning.  
- Good knowledge in 3d game development, physics and animation in Unity.
- Strong hands-on skills and other graphics libraries.
- Experience on 3d modelling and animation is a plus.
- Solid understanding of the lifecycle of software development. Proven skills in taking a project through concept to design, implementation and maintenance stage.
- Relevant experience in working with cross-cultural teams across multiple locations.
- Very good interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving and written & verbal communication skills
- Minimum BS degree in computer science or engineering. Advanced degree is a plus.
