Develop various sources of agent hiring and build a team of quality Agents.
Field demonstration (FODs).
Work closely with Agents on planning and reviewing of activities and sales targets.
Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plans.
Ensure Company's product mix sales ratio and adhere to the business norms.
Hold periodical customer meet to understand customers' pulse and product needs.
Must have Agency Sales/Channel Sales Experience for Delhi region.
Should have good understanding of Delhi geography.
Should be able to recruit & train agents for Healthcare Sales.
Should be able to develop network of Advisors.
Should be able to achieve Sales targets through team of agents.
