- In training period no salary/stipend would be provided
-Post succesfull completion of training period a salary of INR 1.44 LPA would be provided.

-Salary of upto INR 3.2 LPA would be provide (depending upon candidates last drawn salary,experience & skills)

Job Description and Skill Set Required:

- Work collaboratively with user experience designers, product managers, and software engineers to create excellent user experiences and user interface designs.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience.
- Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into something useful and valuable for our customers.
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
- Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
- Design flows and experiences that are incredibly simple and elegant.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
- Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
- Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards.
- Give and solicit feedback from other designers and UX engineers to continually raise the bar on what we deliver.
- You may or may not work on some or all the above roles and responsibilities, strictly based on the requirement and instructions of the Company.
- Any other tasks/jobs/roles company may assign you time to time to meet its business/customer requirements.
- Proven UI experience.
- Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio.
- Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Dream Weaver, Flash , Illustrator, OmniGraffle, or other visual design and wire-framing tools.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, J query and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.​
- Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
- Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
- BS/MS in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or related.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
