Job Description & Skill Set Required:
- You will be working directly with the CEO, discussing strategies and working
holistically towards Work Advantage's graphic improvements, from concept through production.
- You will create wireframes, mockups and detailed design specifications to describe the
user experience, user interface, and advertising concepts.
- An existing portfolio that exhibits excellent use of design frameworks, user scenarios,
typography, color, imagery, and graphic elements. Extra points for user research.
- You can create engaging, functional and beautiful interfaces from low fidelity mock-ups
to pixel perfect designs.
- Understanding of UI design frameworks, responsive design principles, typography,
grid-based systems.
- Study design briefs and determine requirements.
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
- Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand.
- Work with COO and Marketing Manager to produce final design.
- Amend designs after feedback.
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.

Skills required:
- Proven graphic designing experience.
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.
- Familiarity with design software and technologies.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
- Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus.
