Job Description:
-Demonstrate expertise with design tools such as Fireworks, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Keynote.
-Demonstrate solid project management skills to assist project managers in work estimates and planning
-Taking business needs and product requirements and transform them into user-focused and intuitive web, mobile, and product experiences.
-Strategizing with analysts, web and product managers, marketers, and other key stakeholders to create UI mockups, user flows, and functional specs so their designs maximize usability and performance.

Skill Set Required:
-Show exceptional abilities to prototype complex User Interaction Problems.
-Should have through understanding about latest Web and Mobile Design trends. Ex. Responsive design, Web 2.0, iOS Design Patterns, Android Design Patterns (Material Design)
-Should possess skills to design both Vector and Scalar Graphics (Icon Designs, Illustrations)
-Should possess capabilities to design Communication Collaterals.(Website, Brochure, Marketing Collaterals etc. )
-Possess knowledge of CSS/HTML/JavaScript. (Optional)
-Have the ability to work collaboratively with design, development, product, and marketing management
-Excellent communication skills, in English of course, to work with global teams.
